Mixed Media Outer Space Collage (Part 2)
Use the cup to trace circles, I used both sides of the cup to get 2 different size circles.
1
Use the scissors to cut out the shapes of the circles you just traced.
2
Glue the planets on to the outer space background.
3
Pick a sheet of colored paper. Use a pencil to draw a rocket the size of a glue stick.
4
Cut out the shape of the rocket.
5
Glue the rocket onto your outer space background.
6
Use the left over paper from the warm color planets. Draw the shape of a flame and cut it out.
7
Glue the flame shape to the bottom of the rocket. Use the oil pastels to add details to the rocket.
8
Use a grey oil pastel to outline the rocket/planets and add white over the grey to highlight them.
9
Using the white oil pastel add more white dots to highlight the stars.
10
Carefully remove the tape to expose a clean border.
