Moist Cherry Loaf Cake
Measure your ingredients. Grease n line a loaf pan. Preheat oven @ 170 deg c or 340 deg f

In a small bowl whisk all purpose flour salt and baking powder n set aside

Cream butter and sugar until soft and well blended

Add egg one by one. Beating well after each addition
Add in the flour and mix well

Beat well on low speed until no streaks of flour is seen

Add in candied cherries

Fold in the cherries well

Transfer to a prepared tin. Bake for 45 mins and let it cool completely before slicing
