Saute until golden brown and transfer it to a plate!

The pulses have been sauted to golden brown colour! Add 4 tsp of white sesame seeds & saute!

Our sauted pulses mix is ready! Now add 10 dried red chillies! Add 1/2-1 tsp oil & add asafoetida!

Add the pulses & the dried red chillies in a jar grind to a coarse consistency! Allow it to cool!

Add 1/2 tsp salt to the mix! Our Idli & Dosa Molagapodi (Gunpowder) is almost ready!
