My “go to” veggie cookbook!
I’ve been making this for a long time!

Stir together 1T cornstarch and 1 T 💦, 1T soy sauce, 1/2T sugar, 1T oil. Marinate 1# sliced flank steak for minimum 15 minutes.

Sear meat in 1T heated oil in wok for 3-4 minutes.

Remove seared 🥩 meat.

Add more oil and sauté 1 sliced garlic clove and 1 slice ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the green beans. Stir. Add 1/4 C 💦 or broth.

Cover and steam the beans for 3-4 minutes until crisp tender.

Uncover, stir and let some of the liquid boil off.

Add the cooked beef.

1-2 sliced green onions.

And sauce made with 1/3C 💦, 2T cornstarch, 1t sugar, 1t sesame oil, 1T Sherry.

Stir until sauce thickens.
