We need cheese Philadelphia type, vanilla extract and eggs.

We mix the melted butter with the graham cracker.

We prepare a 9-inch springform pan.

We put and we press into the prepared pan. Bake for 7 minutes at 350-degree oven. Set aside to cool

Make the cheesecake filling by stirring the very soft cream cheese together with granulated sugar.

Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream. Scrape the sides really really well and stir again.

We put eggs one by one and slowly add to the filling and stir well to ensure there are no lumps.

Pour batter into graham cracker crust, smooth the top and bake.

Bake at 325 Fahrenheit degrees, reduce heat to 250 to finish cooking.

Remove from oven and bring cheesecake to room temperature. Refrigerate until totally chilled.

After we chilled well in the fridge the cheesecake it's safe to take it out of the mold and decorate

We can decorate with strawberries jam or lemon curd , chocolate ganache, whipped cream etc.
