Let’s relieve stress!
Feet hip width or easy pose if you’re on a mat. Set your intention and focus on your breath.

Exhale chin to chest breathing into the shoulders.

Right ear to right shoulder and create space between ear and shoulder.

Same thing on the other side. Keep creating space with deep breaths.

Start making gentle circles with the neck and notice if you’re tightening the jaw.

Keep scanning the body for tension, releasing it on the exhale.

Now explore the sides of the neck and use the breath to break up the tension.

Creating balance on the other side.

Find your center and breathe.

Without forcing allow gravity to open the back body.

Breathe into the belly, ribs and chest as you drop the head back.
