No Bake Chocolate Mousse bars
In a food processor, break down cookies/biscuits

Pulse until fine powder

Add melted butter

Mix until it comes together

Spread the mixture on a parchment lined 7x7 pan

Make ganache: heat cream until it bubbles. Pour it on chopped chocolate. Set aside

Whip the remaining cream on medium speed to stiff peaks

Pour in the ganache

Fold until blended.

Your mousse is ready.

Spread it on the cookie crust.

Refrigerate for atleast 2 hours. Remove from the pan using the sides of the parchment paper

Slice using sharp knife dipped In warm water
