No Chill Sprinkle Cookies
Add all purpose flour to the bowl of a food processor.

Add baking soda, baking powder and kosher salt.

Give it a quick blitz to combine the dry ingredients.

Add granulated sugar and powdered sugar.

Add COLD cubed cream cheese and COLD cubed unsalted butter.

Process until the ingredients look like wet sand.

Add vanilla and an egg.

Process until the dough comes together.

Roll the dough into 1.5 tablespoon balls & roll into sprinkles. Place on baking sheet & press flat.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the pan 2 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool
