No-Bake Cookies (Lightened Up)
Let’s get cooking!
In a pot, whisk 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 1/4 cup sweetener, 1/2 cup light butter, until butter melts

Add 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder and stir occasionally, bring to a boil and boil for 1-minute

Remove from heat, add 1/2 cup Peanut Butter and 1 tsp of vanilla, mix until smooth

Pour mixture in to 3 cups Quick Cook Oats

Using a medium scoop, scoop out on to parchment or silicone baking mat to cool and set up.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 10 days or freeze for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
