Oat Chocolate Cookies
1 cup instant oats or quick oats or blended oats

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp Baking Powder

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cinnamon

1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

1/3 cup honey or agave syrup

1 tsp vanilla essence

6 Tbsp mashed brown banana

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

Wrap in cling film and chill in fridge for 30min

Form 15 cookies (they will not expand like regular cookies)

Extra chocolate chunks just because

Bake for 10min in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius

Microwave for 15 seconds before eating the next day for some extra gooeyness
