Oil-Free Chickpea Breakfast Scramble
Sauté 1/2 of a medium red onion in 1-2T vegetable stock.

When the onion is soft, add 4 cloves sliced garlic. Cook 30 seconds.

Add a can of drained chickpeas, 1t onion powder, 1t garlic powder, 1t parsley, 1/2t thyme, 1/2t coriander, 1/4t cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Sauté until the chickpeas are soft.

Smash the chickpeas with a spatula to create small pieces. Leave some chickpeas whole.

Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
