Oil-Free Sautéed Zucchini

Slice 6 small zucchini into rounds. Chop 1 small onion. Mince 4 cloves garlic.
Heat 1/4C veggie broth in a pan. Add the zucchini, onion, and garlic. Cover and cook until soft.
Remove the lid and let the liquid cook off for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
