One Pan Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Bisque
Start by adding several vine ripened tomatoes, red bell peppers, onion, garlic & fresh herbs to pan

Roast on 350 degrees for 90 min to 2 hours or until blistered.

Add your veggies to your blender along with one can full coconut milk and tbsp honey.

Blend really well!

Pour back into pan to heat.

Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer 15 min.

Serve with crusty bread! Add as drizzle of olive oil on top & serve!
