One Pot Nourishing Ramen
In a deep pot add one container 32 oz broth. You can use bone, vegetable, chicken or beef. Set heat to medium.

Season your broth. I added about 2 tbsp coconut aminos and one tbsp fish sauce. You can use soy sauce, oyster sauce or teriyaki.

Add 2 cloves crushed garlic and 1 tsp ground ginger.

Gently place whole egg into broth. Bring broth to a boil.

Add your veggies! I’m using mushrooms, caggabe, carrots and bok choy!

Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until veggies start to soften.

After 8 minutes of simmering, remove your egg! Run under cool water to stop cooking.

When the veggies are softened; add your protein! I’m adding thinly sliced ribeye. You can add chicken, pork, tofu or more veggies

Last but not least! Slurp! Add package noodles to boiling broth and remove from heat. You can use ramen, egg or rice noodles!

Garnish with some sesame oil & scallions! Slurp!
