One Pot Spring Pasta Pimavera With Shrimp

Heat oil and cook onion until translucent

Add the Mushrooms, chili flakes & garlic and sauté for a couple of min

Stir in the pasta, broth, and cream and allow to simmer until pasta is almost cooked through

Then stir in the peas and asparagus

Then the shrimp and butter

Cover and cook for remaining few min until pasta & shrimp is cooked through

Remove from heat and stir In the cheese until melted through sauce
7
Then toss through the tomatoes and lemon zest and season with more salt & pepper if needed
8
Serve with torn fresh basil and extra cheese & enjoy
