One-Avocado Guac With Pickled Onions
1 Avocado
Kosher salt
Lemon Juice
Jalapeño
1 Avocado

Red Onion
Cayenne (Optional)
cherry tomatoes (optional)
Always cut your avocado first. If it’s bad, no guac for you. If it’s good, keep going!

Cut 2-3 slices of red onion. Mince and put in a bowl with a pinch of salt and some lemon juice.

Remove a length of jalapeño (no seeds) and mince. Add to bowl.

(Optional) Chop cherry tomatoes and add to bowl.

The onions quick pickled in the salt and lemon juice while you did the rest of your chopping.

Scoop the avocado halves in last.

Mash mash mash!

Season with cayenne and ground pepper (to taste).
