Orange Chocolate Mabrooshé
Beat eggs with vanilla, lemon juice and sugar until pale in color.

Add oil and mix.

Mix dry ingredients then add them to the eggs’ mixture and mix until incorporated.

Take 2/3 of the dough and spread it in the pan.

Spread the jam and don’t forget the edges.

Add about 3 tbsp of flour to remaining dough then grate it, adding chocolate chips.

Place in a preheated oven at 355 C for 30 minutes. When out, place on a wet towel for 10 minutes.

Used the leftover dough dough to bake biscuits. So good btw 🤫
