Oven Roasted Pork and Sauerkraut
Season pork loin roast with salt & pepper, then brown in butter.

Add onions and cook until starting to soften.

Combine sauerkraut, apples, brown sugar and maple syrup.

Spread sauerkraut mixture over pork and onions.

Close the lid and roast for 1.5-2 hours.

Rest for 5 minutes, then remove and slice to serve!
