Sprinkle smoked chili salt over the top of tomatoes

Broil for 20 minutes, flipping garlic & peppers halfway through

Place all the ingredients in food processor

Blend on high until all ingredients are chopped

Add cilantro, lime juice, & blend again until incorporated

Chill in refrigerator before enjoying
