Start adding in water gradually to make a batter

Add chopped spinach, cabbage, onion, green chilies, & coriander. Mix to get smooth flowing batter

Add oil. Dip potatoes fries one at a time, in batter and pour into pan to fry until golden brown

For green sauce: add in milk, cheese, mayo, green chutney. Cook till consistency is slightly thick

Dish out pakora fries in bowl. Pour the green sauce over the fries. Sprinkle chaat masala (optional)
