Paleo Low Carb Keto Beef And Broccoli
In a small bowl whisk together coconut aminos, 1/2 tsp of ginger & 1/2 tsp of garlic. Pour over flank steak strips and marinate for at least an hour
Heat a Tbsp of olive oil on medium heat. Add broccoli and cook, stirring frequently for about 3-4 minutes
When broccoli begins to soften, add garlic and ginger and cook another minute or so
Turn the heat to low and cover. Cook until broccoli is tender, but crisp (about 4-5 minutes) stirring occasionally
Transfer broccoli to a plate. Heat more olive oil at med-high heat and cook the marinaded beef until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes
Stir the broccoli back into the pan with the beef
In a small bowl whisk together the rest of the coconut aminos, beef broth, and sesame oil
Pour the coconut amino mixture over the broccoli beef mixture. Cook until it just begins to thicken, 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt
Serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. DEVOUR!
