Parachute Drop Sequence
Aerial Silk
Do a straddle, bend your knees, and wrap your feet around the silk.

Do a double knot behind your back and bring the silks in front of you.

Wrap the silk once around each leg.

With the silks by your armpits, bend your knees, and climb up.

Straighten your legs. Push your hips and chest to the sky. Come up into a star!

Ready to drop! Keep your legs and arms extended!

Release silks on both sides.

To come out: straddle, remove silks from your armpits, climb up and you’re out!
