Parmesan Dinner Rolls, soft & Flaky
Mix 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp instant yeast + 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp Italian seasoning.

Mix together all wet ingredients. 1/2 cup Milk + 1/4 cup water + 1 tbsp melted butter

In a stand mixer add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients & mix on low for 1 minute.

Add 1 egg. Increase the speed to medium & beat for 3 more minutes.

Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese & 1 cup all-purpose flour. Mix in by hand. Let dough rest 5 minutes.

Lightly oiled the surface. Do a total 3 envelop folds w/ a 5min.rest between see blog for how to.

After the last envelop fold,place dough in the mixing bowl.Cover & let rise for 1 hr.in warm area.

At end of 1 hour Divide the dough into 8 equal size pieces.

Form into balls and roll in melted butter & parmesan cheese. Place in pan and cover to rise.

After 30 min.,uncover the rolls & bake 375 for 20-25min. until it turns to golden brown.

Remove the rolls from the oven & let them cool for 2-3 min.before transferring to a cooling rack.
