Pasta & Pepperoni Skillet
Prepare 8 oz ziti noodles. Heat a Tblsp oil in 12 inch skillet.

Throw into skillet 1 small chopped yellow onion and 1 chopped bell pepper.

Saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add sliced and halved pepperoni. Saute couple minutes until fragrant.

Save 1 1/2 cups pasta water. Pour 1 cup into skillet.

Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and

3 Tblsp Everything But The Pizza seasoning

Mix and bring to a simmer.

This is a good time to add any additional seasonings like pepper.

When sauce begins to thicken, stir in the ziti,

2 diced plum tomatoes, and 1 cup grated parmesan cheese.

Mix, simmering until pasta is coated, & add olives, basil, and any other toppings you desire. Add additional pasta broth if too thick. Serve as is.
