Chop 1 medium onion & fry in 2 tbsp veg. oil until golden.

Chop 2 medium sized tomatoes.

Add tomatoes onto onions.

Add dried oregano, rosemary, basil,chilli flakes and salt.

Add olives & 2 cups of water. Let it simmer for 25 minutes.

Pour the sauce on top of cooked penne pasta. Enjoy!
