Penne With Lemon Goat Cheese And Spinach
Boil 3 cups pasta and drain. Melt 2tbsp butter in pan

Add 3 tbsp flour and whisk well

Add 2.5 cups milk and whisk until no lumps are visible

Once sauce is thickened add 2 tbsp zest, 2tsp rosemary, 6oz cheese and 1.5cups spinach

Add cooked pasta and mix

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired
