Introducing the Deluxe Air Fryer!
Gather spices: 2 tsp sugar, 1½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp each paprika, oregano & salt.

Juice ½ lime with Citrus Press into spice mixture.

Press 4 cloves of garlic into spice mixture using Garlic Press. Add 2 tbsp olive oil.

Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and coat the chicken with the mixture.

Tie the legs together with cooking twine. Tie the wings against the breasts.

Insert spit through legs & through cavity. Insert the forks into the chicken & tighten the screws.

Use the retrieval tool to insert the spit securely into the Air Fryer.

Turn the wheel to ROTISSERIE & adjust time to 45 minutes.

Great ¼ cup Parmesan using Microplane Adjustable Fine Grater.

Add ½bunch cilantro, 1tbsp white vinegar, jalapeño, 2 pressed garlic cloves, ¼tsp salt & ½ cup mayo.

Combine ¼ cup Parmesan with sauce ingredients using Manual Food Processor.

When the timer is up, use the retrieval tool to remove the spit.
