In a pan Heat a Teaspoon of Ghee

Fry a few Cashews & Raisins until they change colour

& crisp up. Remember to do this on low flame to avoid burning

In the same pan, roast 1 cup fine Semolina ( Chiroti Rava )

Roast until aromatic & slightly crisp but do not over roast them

It should take 3-4 minutes on low flame

Transfer it into a plate & set aside

In the same pan, heat a tablespoon of Ghee

Add 1 cup Pineapple Purée & sauté for a couple of minutes

Add 3 cups of Water & mix well

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

A few strands of Saffron

Bring it to a boil

Add the roasted rava & mix swiftly so that no lumps are formed

Add 1/2 cup of Ghee

Add Cardamom powder & roasted raisins & cashews & mix well

Pineapple Kesari Bath is ready to serve. It will slightly thicken upon cooling
