Pink Salmon In A Creamy Mushroom Sauce
We’re turning our ingredients into a quick and easy salmon dish using pink salmon from @fishbar20

Preheat your oven to 450F. Squeeze some lemon on your salmon so it doesn’t taste fresh

Add your seasoning (but don’t overdo it). I added salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary.

Put those bad boys in the I oven and let it cook for about 12 mins.

Wipe your mushrooms, DO NOT WASH THEM!

WIPE YOUR MUSHROOMS

Don’t forget your salmon in the oven!

Cut up your onions, garlic, mushrooms and have your coconut cream on standby!

Add your oil (I used EVOO), onions, garlic and mushrooms.

Add half a cup of coconut milk, your salt, black pepper, extra rosemary, onion and garlic powder.

Boil your water and cook your pasta until al dente.

Strain your pasta. I saved a little pasta water for my sauce.

Plate your dish!
