Preheat the oven to 375. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Leave two handles for easy removal.

Mix 1 1/3C rolled oats, 1C + 1T oat flour, 1/4C + 1T date sugar and 1t salt.

Add 5T date syrup and 3T runny tahini. Stir until a crumble forms.

Reserve 1/2 cup of crumble. Press the remaining crumble into the pan.

Add 2C frozen cherries to the pan. Sprinkle with 1t arrowroot and 1t lemon juice.
