Plant-Based Hungarian Paprika Mushrooms
Sauté a finely chopped onion in a tablespoon of vegetable stock.

Continue to cook until the onion becomes translucent.

Add 24oz. mushrooms, 1t paprika, and 1/2t salt.

Cover and cook until the mushrooms are soft, around 5 minutes.

Add 1/2c extra-creamy oat milk and bring to a boil. Let cook 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve on a bed of rice with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika. Enjoy!
