Plant-Based Mini Pumpkin Muffins (GF)
Mix pumpkin, date syrup, and nut butter in a medium bowl.
Stir in oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves.
Scoop the batter into a lined muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes (for mini muffins).
