Season 2 lb chicken thighs with 1 tsp adobo seasoning (recipe link below)

Set QC to sear, cook chicken thighs 5 minutes on each side

Peel and chop 1 cup carrots

Add 4 tbsp sofrito, 2 pkts Sazon seasoning w/annatto, 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 tbsp boullion

1 tsp oregano, 1 c each carrots & potatoes, 12 olives, 2 bay leaves, 3 c water

Set QC to chicken, press start

Add equal amounts of cornstarch if you would like the sauce to be thicker
