Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Dredge pork chops in flour, salt and pepper. Place on a plate.

Heat butter in a large skillet. Add pork once hot. Cook until golden, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove.

Add butter, shallots and garlic to the same skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes to soften.

Pour in wine and bring to a boil. Reduce by half. Add lemon juice and capers.

Return pork to pan and top with the sauce.
