Potato soup! A Comfort Food Fave
Grab your ingredients and peel 5 lbs. of potatoes

and dice your potatoes

With the Manual Food Processor chop 1 medium onion

Use the Garlic Press to press in 3 cloves of garlic

You'll need 6 cups of chicken broth. I mixed bouillon with water in the Silicone Prep Bowl then used the Mix and Chop to incorporate

Add chicken broth to the Quick cooker

Add 1 tsp. of salt & 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Set the custom time to 9 minutes and press start then check safety settings on top to be sure they are correctly aligned

Mix 1 cup of half and half

with 3 tablespoons of flour and stir well

Once time is up release stream & add roux mixture in Add 16 oz of Velveeta cheese in cubes & STIR

Lastly stir in 2 cups of sharp cheese until it's nice and thickened

Garnish with bacon bits, chives, & Enjoy!
