Line the Quick Cooker Springform Pan with parchment paper.

Melt 2 Tbsp. Butter.

Break ginger snap cookies into pieces and place into Manual Food Processor.

Cookies vary in size. You need enough to yield 3/4 C. cookie crumbs.

Process to fine crumbs. To resemble course sand.

Add melted butter to the cumbs and blend to incorporate.

Press into the bottom of the springform pan.

Add 16 oz. softened cream cheese to the Large Batter Bowl.

Beat with a whisk or electric mixer.

1 C. Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

1 tsp. Cinnamon Plus 1/2 tsp. Korintje Cinnamon

Blend in the brown sugar, salt, Korintje Cinnamon, Cinnamon Plus & Double Strength Vanilla.

Blend in 3 eggs one at a time.

Divide batter into two bowls. Approx. 2 C. per bowl.

Add 3/4 C. pumpkin purée to one half of batter. Mix thoroughly.

You will have one “plain” bowl of batter and one bowl of “pumpkin” batter.

Pour about 1 1/2 cups of plain batter int springform Pan.

Pour an equal amount of pumpkin batter into the center of the plain batter.

Alternate adding plain and pumpkin batter forming smaller and smaller concentric circles.

Leave batter in circles or draw a skewer or chopstick through to make a design.

This design was formed by alternately pulling a chopstick to and from the center.

Add 1 C. water to inner pot of Quick Cooker.

Cover springform Pan with foil and place in sling. Place on wire rack in Quick Cooker.

Cook on Dessert setting. Naturally release steam for ten minutes before removing to cool.

Cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours or overnight before serving.

Add all ingredients for the Pumpkin Caramel Sauce to the pitcher of the Deluxe Cooking Blender.

1/2 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt 1/4 C. Heavy Cream

Set to Sauce setting. When it reaches the Add stage, just push start to finish the sauce.

Let Pumpkin Caramel Sauce cool to room temperature before serving.
