What you'll need

Oat Groats

Goji Berries
30g
Lily Bulb
2 cups
Pumpkin Cubes
4 1/2 cups
Water
Rinse rice and oat groats to remove any dirt.

Add all ingredients and 4 1/2 cups of water into the pot.

Place in the pressure cooker to cook for 35 mins. Once done, I usually leave it to thicken.

It’s ready to serve! This pot can serve between 4-5 bowls with around 200 kcal per bowl.
