Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices. I add extra spices.

Beat eggs and sugar.

Add the pumpkin, I use canned pure pumpkin.

Add the flour and spice mixture.

Spread mix in PC sheet pan lined with wax paper oiled/floured. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 375°

Mix cream cheese and butter for filling, add 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tsp good vanilla extract

Roll cake while warm in a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. After it cools, unroll, add filling

Spread the fillling close to the edges. Use the PC long scraper or a knife.

Roll cake up with filling. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge to cool for an hour or longer.

When cooled unwrap and cut off ends so smooth. Sprinkle with powdered sugar slice and Enjoy!
