QUICK & Delicious Thai Fish Bake
THAI SAUCE INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup
Coconut Milk
3 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 tsp (optional)
Fish Sauce
1.5 tsp
Sesame Oil

Juiced And Zested Limes
1/2 Cup of Chopped Fresh Cilantro
2-4
Green Chilies
2.5 Inch Peeled Ginger

Garlic Cloves
blend the sauce ingredients (in recipe card), taste & adjust seasoning. You want nice punchy taste

Place 400g white fish fillets on baking sheet & one chopped red and green pepper each

Pour over that delicious green sauce!

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes then garnish with chilies and cilantro and serve with rice!
