Quick & Easy Cast Iron Steak
Set steak out for 30 min. Pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt.

Add 1 tbsp oil to CAST IRON SKILLET. Heat on medium high for 3-5 minutes

Add steak to hot skillet. Press down to be sure all is touching skillet

Cook undisturbed for 3 minutes. Flip to other side

Cook another 3 minutes until steak is rare (130-140 degrees on INSTANT READ THERMOMETER)

Turn heat down to medium low. Add a couple tbsp butter and a couple cloves garlic

Spoon garlic butter over steak. Sprinkle with CRUSHED PEPPERCORN & GARLIC RUB

Let steak rest 5 minutes before serving
