40 seconds up pulses

40 seconds down pulses

40 seconds front and back arm pulses

20 seconds arm circles going forward + 20 seconds going opposite direction

create small rainbows with your arms-40 sec

get in a squat positon and extend your arms forward then backwards & pulse twice-40 sec
6
stay in the same position and cross your arms behind your back- 40seconds
7
create big C’s with your arms- 40 seconds
8
Do wall pushups for 40 seconds
9
repeat 3xs a week for results :))
