30second forearm plank. Focus on abs, hips, & butt squeeze.

(6reps) DB Curls. Squeeze biceps at top & triceps at bottom of movement.

6reps Hip Raises - press palms into floor to help brace core. Keep heels over hips during lift!

Superman Pushups -10reps. Keep feet wide & shldrs square to floor. Apply pressure through both palms

Db Tricep press - 6 reps. Stop when elbows are even with body line at bottom. Flex triceps at top.

Boxer Squats - 30sec (Quick!). Weight stays on heels. Push weight from 1 foot to the other at bottom
