Quick Cooker Key Lime Cups
Whisk 6 egg yolks in the Classic Batter Bowl.

Add 28 oz sweetened condensed milk and stir.

Whisk in 1 cup key lime juice and 1/2 cup milk.

Divide evenly among six 1-cup prep bowls.

Cover with foil. Add 1/2 cup water. Place 6 cups in stacker or cook 3 cups in two batches.

Lock the lid and select the DESSERT setting. Adjust the time to 5 minutes and press START.

When timer is up press Cancel, let steam release naturally for 10 min. Chill for 3 hrs in fridge.

Crush 3 graham crackers in Manual Food Processor. Add 1 Tbs melted butter and 1 tsp sugar. Mix.

Top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!
