Soften the shoulders and make half circles leading the movement with your nose

Bring the fingertips on top of the shoulders and roll them out!

Enjoy a side bend left and right

Interlace the fingers and press up, back and forward

Interlace the fingers and roll the wrists

Take a big breath in, exhale and twist to your right, then to your left

Come to your hands and knees and explore you cat and cow!

Go wide with the knees and find your child’s pose

Use your props and enjoy your savasana for extra relaxation. Stay as long as needed!
