Quickie Arm Sculpt With A Resistance Band
What you'll need
Resistance Loop Band
Palms face out, pull band down to make a “halo”. Pulse for the burn!

Pull down and HOLD. Feel the shake!

Anchor to your opposite arm. Palm faces out to work your tricep!

Repeat other side!!

With the band around your wrist, Pulse arms out moving up and down.
5
Make a “stop sign” 8-10x
6
Repeat the “halo” pulses. Fast and slow
