RAW CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY SLICE
Ingredients you need to make the base layer

Process base layer ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender

Add mixture to a lined slice tin and smooth out with the back of a spoon & place in the freezer

Ingredients you need to make the raspberry layer

Process raspberry layer ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender

Add to the base and smooth over with a spatula or back of a spoon & place in the freezer for 1 hour

Ingredients you need to make the chocolate layer

Melt the coconut oil, then whisk in the maple syrup and then stir in cacao powder, combining well

Pour on top of the raspberry layer & place back in the freezer to set completely, approx 2-3 hours

Once the slice has set, cut into pieces & keep stored in the freezer. ENJOY!!
