Cook on SEAR for 4 minutes, stirring often

4 cups (1 L) vegetable stock

Stir in 4 cups veggie stock and seasoning (cumin, salt, pepper, bay leaf)

Add lentils

Select SOUP/STOCK setting and adjust time to 10 minutes

5 cups spinach

2 Tbs lime juice

Add coconut milk, spinach and lime juice

Stir to incorporate

Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving
