Reverse Sear Ribeye
Season both sides of your ribeye steak with Santa Maria seasoning

Bake at 275 for 15 minutes

In a cast iron skillet add canola oil. Once oil is hot, sear ribeye on both sides for about 2 minutes

Let ribeye rest for 10 minutes. Top with butter and fresh rosemary, slice and enjoy!
