Roasted Potatoes And Asparagus
Preheat your oven to 425. In a large bowl, toss halved baby yellow potatoes with olive oil
Add rosemary, salt, garlic, ground thyme, and paprika. Toss all together to coat the potatoes
Place the potatoes onto a large baking sheet, cut side down. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, toss 2 bundles of asparagus with olive oil and garlic
After 15 min in the oven, remove the pan with the potatoes. Push them to one side and add asparagus. Drizzle the potatoes with oil
Toss the potatoes to cover them in the oil. Cover the pan with foil and place back into the oven for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, remove the foil and bake another 10-15 minutes
Once the potatoes are golden brown and soft, it’s done! DEVOUR!
