Rosemary & Squash Chicken Soup
Add olive oil and butter to large soup pot over medium high heat

then add the garlic onions, carrots, celery and rosemary and cook 8-10 min until veggies are tender

Then add squash and thyme and cook another 2 min

Add chicken (leftover rotisserie, or roasted chicken or turkey)

And then stir in the broth

Bring to a boil and add the noodles and cook at a simmer 6 min or until noodles are al dente

Stir in some lemon zest (optional) and serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread
